I haven't used a jump rope in years, but I was looking for a fun way to get some cardio into my routine instead of aerobics. I had never seen an adjustable jump rope before I came across this one. It's a great idea because not everyone is the same height, and this can be easily adjusted to fit your needs. It comes with instructions on the back of the package on how to measure and adjust your jump rope.
