This is the first time for me in using a product like this. I'll admit that I was a little scared to try any product like this because of the horror stories I've heard about being camped out in the bathroom for a few days. I didn't have that experience with this at all. What I did have was bulkier stools than I usually do,but no discomfort in the process. I feel lighter and more energized after using this for a few days. Just what I needed! I received this product at a promotional discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
