This is my very first time using a yoga wheel, so I didn't know what to really expect before I received it in the mail. The Lotus Yoga Wheel arrived as it's described in its listing, and it seems like it will be a very durable product. Like I said before, this is my very first time using any yoga wheel so I want to let those first time users know my experience with this product. I just want to caution anyone when using this- have someone with you to help you ease yourself off of this yoga wheel, or any yoga wheel for that matter because when I tried easing myself up off of it, it wobbled and tipped over so my back fell right into the middle of the wheel laying on its side. This did not feel very good at all, it killed my back. This is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. I wish that it was a little taller because I think that it would be a lot easier to ease yourself off of it if you're by yourself. Every other time That I used it, I had someone with me to help me ease myself up off of it so that I wouldn't run into problems again.
