I have been using these for about two weeks now, and it's my very first time using a product like this. I think these are wonderful! They taste great, they don't taste like those vitamin gummies on the market that leaves that bad taste in your mouth. They actually taste better than gummy bear candy to me! They also went to work fast so that I was able to get a deep restful sleep and I didn't ever feel groggy when I got up the next morning. Overall this is a very good product in my opinion.
