The GikPal Hand Gripper Hand Strengthener is easy to use and very easy to adjust. It can be adjusted between 22 pounds all the way up to 88 pounds. I'm using it to try and strengthen my grip in my left hand because that's my weakest hand and it can use some strengthening.
